Refund Policy
We believe in keeping everything simple and straightforward with a 5-day full refund policy. If you change your mind for any reason, you can request a full refund of your course payment, so long as the two simple conditions are met below.
Refund conditions:
In order to gain a refund, requests must meet the following conditions:
- The request must be made within 7-days of purchasing.
- No more than 50% of the course can be completed during this time.
If any more than 50% of the course has been completed during this time then, unfortunately, a refund wouldn’t be possible as the course contents are considered as a consumable product.
For requests that meet the two conditions above, a full refund will be issued within 2 working days.
How to request a refund:
Refunds can be requested by emailing support@open-college.uk and formally stating that you wish to have a refund for your course fee.
